Warranty Policy

At DripKingz Apparel we stand behind the quality of our products with a 90-day manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe you’ve received a defective product and it’s been less than 90 days since the purchase date, please reach out to us for return instructions. All claims require the return of the item for inspection before approval.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect, we will issue a replacement of the same item — matching the original style, size, and color — and cover the cost of shipping. We do not allow substitutions. The warranty period begins on the shipment date.

Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear resulting from regular use (such as toe drag from pitching), misuse, abuse, or any modifications made to the product.

To start a warranty claim, please email the following to Orders@DripKingzApparel.com:

  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • A photo of the product’s label or tongue (if applicable)

Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS or FedEx. For orders addressed to APOs or PO Boxes, we ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Order processing begins once your order is submitted through our website. Please allow 24–48 hours for fulfillment. Shipping transit times begin once a FedEx label is generated and scanned. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

We do not operate on weekends. Orders placed after 4 PM CST will be processed the next business day. While FedEx does deliver to residential addresses on weekends, Ground services do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays — please consider this when estimating delivery times.

Once your package is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.

If you placed your order through a TEAM STORE, be sure to provide an accurate email address to receive your tracking information.

Standard orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once Items are complete, shipping times vary between 2-7 days based on where in the United States you are located.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours of purchase, please contact our team for assistance at Orders@DripKingzApparel.com.
