Refund policy

Return Policy

If you made a purchase through our official online store within the last 30 days, you may be eligible to return your item. Simply email us at orders@dripkingzapparel.com and provide a copy of your receipt showing proof of purchase date. If within the allowed return days, we will start the return process.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Be sure to clearly write the RA# on the outside of your return package as well as inside the return box. Returns sent without an RA# or without a valid return label will not be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. If you choose not to use our prepaid return option, we recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.

All items must be in unused condition. Products showing signs of wear or any form of customization (such as embroidery or screen printing) may be denied for return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and returns not processed through our automated system may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. For purchases made by money order, a refund check will be mailed. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.


Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer product exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase — provided the item is in unused, original condition.

If your order qualifies for an exchange, simply email us at orders@dripkingzapparel.com and let us know what exactly you would like to exchange for. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your receipt showing proof of purchase date. If within the allowed return days, we will start the exchange process.

We are not liable for returned items lost or damaged during shipment. If you are not using our automated return service, please ship your item with a reliable courier and include tracking and insurance.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchanges are not accepted on items that have been worn, altered, or customized.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the prepaid return label is used.
  • Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
